FULL MOON Bosque Walks

Shinrin Yoku

2 hr
$35-$50 per walker
Location 1

Service Description

Shinrin Yoku originated in Japan & is still practiced there today. "Shinrin" in Japanese means "forest", and "Yoku" means “bathing.” When we engage in a Shinrin Yoku walk we "bathe in the forest atmosphere", taking in the forest through our senses. Come & enjoy one of our monthly FULL MOON walks that take place in the Bosque in Albuquerque! These walks are a forest bathing treat & they typically take place in the evening to allow for full moon viewing (earlier in the darker months). *Sliding scale suggested walk price is $35-$55 per participant. Walk requires 4 registrations to run & is limited to 14 participants in total.
