Shinrin Yoku "Forest Bathing" has been practiced in Japan for over a decade & has been clinically-proven to have a positive effect on our overall health. Come increase your NK (Natural Killer) cells while also slowing down to enjoy the present moment while basking in the beauty of the forest. Consider deepening your nature connection together as a family & you just may discover this practice will also deepen your connection to one another! Family walks are custom-designed for your family, can be centered around a milestone, celebration, or a seasonal time of year & will include some time for nature play, if young children are present. Walks run two hours in length & take place in the Albuquerque Bosque, as well as the East Mountains. *$125 per family; limited to no more than 15 participants in total. *$100 for SOL Forest School families (past or present) with at least *two* SOL families registering together.
