Shinrin Yoku "Forest Bathing" has been practiced in Japan for over a decade & has been clinically-proven to have a positive effect on our overall health. Come increase your NK (Natural Killer) cells while also slowing down to enjoy the present moment while also basking in the beauty of the forest. All fitness levels welcome. Group, individual, corporate, virtual & custom walks available. Sally worked for decades with people who have disabilities, as well as people who are deaf (she is a fluent user of ASL), so walks can be tailored to the needs of participants. Walk price will vary depending on whether a walk is being custom-designed to a group &/or setting. If Sally is hosting an "open walk", she typically charges on a sliding scale of $35-$55 per walker. SOL Forest School Guides (FSGs) walk for free & past /present SOL parents walk as a "2 for 1".
